- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪yesterday i had called them to see if i could bring my poor kitten who was about 6 weeks old and terribly sick.... needing emergency care to try and save her life the lady on the phone was rude and would hardly listen to me and said we could not bring her in because we were not established customers or whatever and tried to push us off on er clinics several hours away, i would have gladly signed on with them for the care of my other animals if they would have just taken a look at her to see what was wrong and if they could help her out but its too late my fur baby is dead and it feels as if they killed her.... so much for all the compassion i have read about them having about being a great place to have your animals cared forOctober 03, 2017by Ravenna Stone
