- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This doctor's office is terrible! The whole staff is ridiculous! The doctors are quick to get in and out of the room, and seem to not have a care in the world. The nurses are even worse! Every time I had to call in for medication refills, they would either send the wrong prescription, or never even call me back. I have actually had to visit the facility in person because no one would call back. The nurses also always look very snobby and aren't very friendly. The last straw was when I was charged the wrong amount for the second time, for my office visit. Now I have they're billing department calling saying I owe money that I paid. Even the billing department said they would call corporate. I have NEVER had an even decent experience at the facility! It's like they've taken on more patients than they are capable of handling. Thankfully I have recently switched doctors, and am more than satisfied with them. Good riddance, Floyd Primary Care! What a nightmare!March 27, 2017by Jamie Koehler
