  My 83yr old mother was having hip pain, Dr. Anderson's office performed a spinal epidural on her. On the 11th day, she wasn't any better. I called the office and told them but no one returned my call. For the next few days I called only to leave more messages. By the second week, I finally spoke with someone who said they'd call her in a steroid pack. What about her pain? The steroid pack wasn't much help either. So I called back asking them AGAIN to call her in something for pain because she can't keep taking ibuprofen, that the doctor took her off of due to chronic kidney disease. It took me to tell them how poorly they were treating their patient, my mom. FINALLY, after calling for THREE weeks, and having to be semi ugly, I got my mother some help she should have received weeks ago. The office was horrible about returning calls. And they didn't seem to care that she was in pain. Shame on this office for not doing better by their patient, an elderly patient at that. They got one star because it took at least one before I could post my review Well, I went to pick up my mom's prescription that the office said they called in. Not only does this office neglect their patients, at least my mom, they also tell lies. So here's to another day and night of pain. SHAME ON YOU!
