  My first issue is the wait. YES, I understand that due to the nature of the work, surgeons have unexpected emergencies and this may cause delays. However, every single time I have been to this facility, it has taken WELL over an hour. One, I don't believe there are that many emergencies, and two, I have had several outpatient surgeries over the past few years. All of the other facilities and surgeons have been much more efficient. The nursing staff is OK, no complaints or compliments. My second and much bigger issue is the general lack of concern and professionalism I felt from the surgeon. The signs in the rooms say that occasional emergencies and taking extra time with each patient causes the wait, yet he rushed through my appointment, and actually verbally insulted me. After waiting needlessly over an hour, that was the last straw. It was an offensive, hateful, UNPROFESSIONAL, and dangerous remark, and it came after sitting in an uncomfortable waiting room for MUCH longer than necessary. If I need any other procedures in the future, I will be SURE to have my physicians refer me ELSEWHERE.
